I live in San Francisco.

Began taking photos seriously around 1993. With a Sears SRL and learning at the Parks Dept's Photography Center. The San Francisco Photography Center is a real living treasure of San Francisco. With the motivation of Clarence Towers, the late Peter Lee and many others, the city run studio is dedicated to traditional photography techniques, and even teaching digital.

The first steps into art photography were with male models in interior and exterior spaces. Later fast-shooting at local parades, especially Carnaval & Gay Pride. Either photographing participants get ready & having fun or walking running and dancing with a samba troup, while still trying to shoot...

Now it is mostly digital. I occassionally get orders for sets of glicee-printed greeting cards from the photos. And selling original silver prints from black & white film.

Most of the color digital photos are a year or two old and need even better ones up, we are all still learning. The B & W are my treasures and want to expand that gallery also. But all takes time. So what you see here is still pretty good.
